Dave and the team replaced the windows at our house earlier this year. There were a number of windows that we replaced at the house. In most cases, the window install and supporting work went in without a hitch. In one case, the window install was complex and the team did need to take some extra time to resolve all the issues. Today, we have a house that is warmer, quieter, and looks great! I would recommend Dave and the crew!

Fantastic service and Fantastic windows. David was quick to respond to my initial email quote request for replacing all my wooden windows at home with aluminium window inserts. And when I needed the quote split into smaller ones and then double glazing added to them, he was more than happy to keep sending me revised quotes. I have now had 5 windows replaced with double glazed window inserts, and they look great!! They have uplifted the look and feel of our house and I am a very very happy customer. Not only do the windows look great, but Josh and Matt who installed them were punctual, polite, professional and implemented excellent workmanship. I was super impressed with them and the end result. I look forward to getting the rest of my windows replaced by David and his wonderful team! UPDATE: 8TH OCT - I have now had all my old wooden windows replaced with double glazed window aluminium inserts and I also got Dave and his team to put in a double glazed sliding door in my kitchen to replace the window. I am so happy with how my house looks and feels - such a fantastic transformation and I am so happy I chose Pimp My Windows to do the job - Thankyou to Matt, Josh and Andy for the great job you did - especially that day when the weather did not help - but you guys pushed through and got my big windows in...so another big thanks to David and his team!

I am so impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of your team Josh and Matt. They have been outstanding in my eyes and after dealing with a lot of professional tradesmen and companies in the last year ... Josh and Matt have been above and beyond them all, not to mention your quick responses to getting the quotes done. It's a lot of money to spend, on windows and I was unsure of what the inserts would be like... but seeing the windows in now and them being installed by your great team... I am one very very happy customer! I intend to move towards getting my other windows done now ....so will look at the ones I want done next and will email you back to confirm....as long as they are installed by Josh and Matt please!! From their super quick response to our initial enquiries, to Dave's very patient replies as we changed our minds (daily), only to settle on his original advice. At no point was there any upsell nor hard sell, just direct and honest advice. Work was completed quickly and remarkably quietly with a no problem follow up after I stupidly touched the wet silicon.

Thank you to you & the team for the installation of our joinery.  It was a pleasure having them all onsite & I've really appreciated their friendliness, neatness...and great chats along the way.  A real bonus was the end of day catch-ups, where we discussed the day's progress & the plans for the following day. David and his team completely overhauled my ugly 1970s conservatory, ridding me of the horrendous glass and Perspex roof . Huge improvement ! Plus a beautiful new ranchslider and several new windows . The team did a beautiful job , great communication, always on time , and trustworthy! I can’t recommend them highly enough .
