How we work

Step 1) Request a Quote

How long do quotes take? Quotes take between 5 and 10 days and are sent as a PDF document via email or direct from xero accounting.

Step 2) Quote Accepted

Email us or click "accept" on the xero email of your acceptance of our quotation which formalises our joint commitment to your project.

Can you do it sooner? Not really as most jobs are subject to the manufacturers varying workloads. Contact us to discuss
your needs.

Step 3) Holding Deposit Payment

An initial holding deposit is required before a project can commence.

Step 4) Final Project Remeasure and Confirmation

We always remeasure and confirm your project specifications just to be very clear on your requirements as often there are changes since initial discussions.

Only once everyone is happy can we proceed. Our leadtimes start from this point as we can now order materials and book the job in for an approximate site start date.

Step 5) Deposit Raised to 50%

Prior to delivery of the goods we will contact you to request the deposit amount to be raised to 50% to cover the initial purchase of materials and costs.

Step 6) Start Project

How long do jobs take to complete? Each project is unique so please contact us to discuss any specific queries.

Step 7) Project Completed

Prior to leaving site on the final day we will usually run through the job with the client to ensure all is satisfactory.

Satisfied? Great! We go the extra mile to make sure you are.

Step 8) Final Payment

How and when do I pay? Final payments should be made via bank transfer with 7 days of receiving our final invoice.
